Driver
Should possess a full or semi-automatic PCV/PSV driving licence, excellent driving skills and a safe driving record, first-rate personal presentation, be able to maintain punctuality, exhibit exemplary customer care skills and can adapt to seasonal operational change. Above all the applicant must make customer satisfaction a top priority.
Sales Staff
Will be required to consistently provide high levels of customer care demonstrating excellent communication skills including, informing all customers and prospective customers of the company's market leading sightseeing services and current promotions; ensuring that they actively pursue all ticket sale opportunities.
Tour Host
Must provide a welcoming environment and an entertaining informative commentary to customers on our open-topped bus sightseeing services. You must ensure delivery of consistently high levels of service to the company's customers.
* Please note that by necessity the tour host and sales positions are based exclusively outdoors regardless of the weather.
